Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Offshore Sportsbooks at wfsupportfund.org. We publish research and comparisons of offshore sportsbooks that accept US players, with a particular focus on crypto betting sites. We are a publisher, not a sportsbook: we do not accept deposits, hold funds, take wagers or settle bets. By reading, browsing or clicking out from this site, you accept everything below. Last reviewed Sep 25, 2026.
Read them properly if you plan to act on anything here. The sections that matter most in practice are the age and eligibility rules, the legal status of offshore sports betting for US bettors, how we make money, and the limits on what our ratings can tell you.
Who may use this site
This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Some offshore sportsbooks set their own minimum at 18, but our content is written for a 21+ audience and nothing here is aimed at, or intended to appeal to, anyone under that age. If you are below the legal gambling age where you live, leave the site.
You also confirm, by using wfsupportfund.org, that:
- You are responsible for checking the gambling laws of your own state and country before you register anywhere.
- You are not accessing the site from a jurisdiction where reading gambling comparison content is prohibited.
- You are acting for yourself, not on behalf of a minor, and not on behalf of anyone who has self-excluded.
- You accept that any money you wager is at risk and that you can afford to lose it.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment for you, call 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24 hours a day. Our responsible gambling resources page lists further support options and the practical limits of self-exclusion when an operator sits outside US oversight.
Legal standing of the sportsbooks we cover
This is the part readers most often skim, and the part with the most consequence. Every sportsbook listed on Best Offshore Sportsbooks is licensed offshore — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and accepts US players. Accepting US players is not the same thing as being authorized to serve them.
Plainly stated:
- Offshore sportsbooks are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or board. Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and the other regulated markets license their own operators; an offshore license carries no weight with those regulators.
- For US bettors, offshore sports betting sits in a legal grey area. Federal law has historically targeted operators rather than individual bettors, and state law varies widely — some states regulate online sportsbooks, some prohibit online gambling outright, and some have no clear rule at all. Check your own state's statutes.
- No US player protections apply. There are no segregated player funds, no state-run dispute resolution, no guaranteed payouts, no regulator to appeal to if a withdrawal is delayed or refused. If an offshore sportsbook stops paying, your realistic options are limited.
- Offshore operators may lack the responsible gambling tooling required of regulated US operators — deposit limits, cool-off periods, state self-exclusion registers.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Tax treatment of gambling winnings, reporting obligations and the legality of a given account in your state are matters for a qualified attorney or tax professional. We give general information only; consult a professional before you rely on any of it.
How we make money, and what it does not buy
Best Offshore Sportsbooks earns commission through affiliate links. If you follow a link from our comparison pages to an offshore sportsbook and open an account, we may be paid by that operator. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you see is the operator's own.
What commission does not do: it does not set rank order, it does not lift an editorial rating, and it does not buy silence about a weakness. Operators cannot purchase a position on our lists. Some sportsbooks we rate well pay us nothing; some that pay well are rated poorly or excluded. Where a commercial relationship exists, this disclosure covers it. Read more about the people and process behind the site on our about us page.
Ratings, offers and bonus terms
Our editorial ratings are scores assigned by our own review team on a 10-point scale. They are opinions based on published information, operator terms, banking documentation and reputation research. They are not customer-review scores, not survey results, and not the outcome of our staff depositing or withdrawing money. Advertised payout speeds are advertised speeds, not measured ones.
Welcome offers change frequently and are always subject to the operator's own terms. We reproduce headline figures as they were published at the time of review, but the sportsbook's terms page is the authority — not ours. Every bonus carries rollover (wagering) requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility conditions that can reduce or eliminate the value of the headline number.
| Sportsbook | Editorial rating | Headline welcome offer as published |
|---|---|---|
| Lucky Rebel | 10.0 | 125% up to $1,250 + 50 FreeBet |
| Bovada | 9.8 | 50% up to $250 |
| BetOnline | 9.8 | $250 in free bets |
| BetNow | 9.7 | 125% up to $2,500 |
| Everygame | 9.5 | 100% up to $500 |
| BetUS | 9.2 | 100% up to $2,000 sports, 25% casino |
| Sportsbetting | 9.2 | 50% up to $250 in free bets |
| Xbet | 9.0 | 50% up to $200 on credit card deposits |
| MyBookie | 8.9 | 100% up to $1,000, new players |
| ApuestaHoy | 8.9 | 200% welcome offer |
In every case: a qualifying deposit is required, rollover must be cleared before withdrawal, minimum odds apply to qualifying wagers, and the offer expires. None of these are free money. Verify the current terms on the operator's site before depositing.
Three examples of how we describe an operator, and its limits
Lucky Rebel heads our list because its crypto-first banking and the scale of its opening offer suit the reader this site is built for — bettors who fund in Bitcoin and want the largest matched deposit available. The 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 free bet is the biggest percentage-plus-extra combination among the sportsbooks we cover, but the free bet and the match both sit behind rollover, minimum-odds and expiry conditions, and stake returns on free bets are usually excluded. The limitation worth flagging: it is a newer name with a shorter public track record of paying than the long-established operators below it, and track record is the single hardest thing to substitute.
Bovada earns its place on longevity and name recognition among US bettors rather than on bonus size — its 50% up to $250 is modest, and crypto deposits typically unlock a different, larger promotion than card deposits do. Rollover, minimum odds and a time limit apply. The drawback is real: Bovada restricts several US states entirely, and its market depth on smaller leagues and its prop coverage are narrower than sharper-priced competitors.
BetOnline is here for market coverage and pricing. It lists deeper futures, props and in-play markets than most offshore sportsbooks accepting US players, and posts reduced-juice pricing on selected lines. The $250 in free bets is smaller in headline terms than several rivals and is released in segments against wagering conditions, with minimum odds and an expiry window. Its weakness is interface rather than product — the site is dense, and new bettors often find the promotions terms harder to parse than they should be.
Full side-by-side detail sits on our comparison of offshore sportsbooks accepting US players, including crypto payout behavior and banking options.
Money, banking and what we do not control
We never handle your money. All deposits, withdrawals, fees, exchange rates and conversions are between you and the sportsbook. Costs and timings vary by operator and change without notice; treat anything below as general guidance to check, not as a promise.
- Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin and several altcoins are the most widely accepted route at offshore sportsbooks and usually the fastest payout method advertised. Network fees apply, and crypto prices move: a balance held in Bitcoin can lose value between deposit and withdrawal regardless of how your bets settle.
- Bank cards — Visa and Mastercard deposits are often available but can be declined by US issuers, and some operators charge a processing fee. Cards are rarely usable for withdrawals.
- Bank wire — Generally available for larger withdrawals, slower, and typically fee-bearing at both ends.
- Money transfer and voucher or player transfer — Offered by some operators as an alternative payout route, usually with their own caps and fees.
Withdrawal limits, minimum payout amounts, per-method fees and KYC verification requirements are set by each sportsbook. Lighter verification is common offshore, but operators can and do request documents before a first payout — usually at the worst possible moment. Reading the cashier terms before you deposit avoids most disputes.
Betting markets and the wider product
Our coverage spans the markets these operators actually list: point spread, moneyline and totals across NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB; soccer; golf; MMA; horse racing through attached racebooks; plus futures, parlays, same-game parlays, prop bets and live in-play betting. Higher betting limits and reduced vig on selected lines are among the reasons value-seeking bettors look offshore in the first place.
Most of these operators also run adjacent products under the same account and wallet — online casino, live dealer tables, poker rooms and racebooks. Those carry separate terms, separate bonuses and separate rollover rules from the sportsbook side, and a sports bonus balance usually cannot be cleared through casino play. Read each product's terms individually; the account being shared does not mean the rules are.
Any betting tips, previews or analysis published on wfsupportfund.org are opinion, published for information. They are not locks, not guaranteed, and not a reliable income. Betting is a form of entertainment with a real probability of losing money, and an offshore account adds the separate risk that the operator delays or refuses payment.
Accuracy, availability and liability
We research operator terms, banking pages and public reputation rather than testing accounts with our own funds. Information is published in good faith and dated where it is time-sensitive, but offshore sportsbooks change odds, promotions, accepted states, banking methods and payout policies without notice. We distinguish confirmed information from operator advertising where we can, and say so when a question is unresolved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Offshore Sportsbooks accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of this site or from any account you open with a third-party operator, including gambling losses, unpaid withdrawals, account closures, frozen balances or currency movements. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and links to external sites are not endorsements of their content or conduct.

Changes, governing terms and how to reach us
We revise these terms when the site, the law or our commercial arrangements change. The version published at wfsupportfund.org on the date you read it is the version that applies, and the review date at the top of this page tells you when it was last checked. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.
If something here is unclear, if you believe we have published an error, or if you want to know whether an operator pays us, ask. Our contact page reaches the editorial team directly and we will correct anything we get wrong.
Gambling should never be used to make money, solve a financial problem or escape stress. Set a budget before you deposit, walk away when it is gone, and never chase a loss. Help is available 24/7 at 1-800-GAMBLER. Bettors must be 21 or over. Offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the United States, are not regulated by any US state, and carry none of the player protections regulated operators are required to provide.
